Objective
The Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) imposes significant new requirements on companies listed on U.S. stock exchanges. The Act introduced major changes to the regulation of corporate governance and financial practice. SOX includes 11 titles with the primary audit-related sections being 302, 401, 404, 409, and 802.
The course starts with the SOX Act introduction. The course learning includes SOX & Corporate Governance, Internal Controls, COSO Framework, COSO Components, and SOX IT Controls.
This interactive training course will ensure professionals and practitioners at all levels understand their roles and responsibilities, new developments, resources, and hallmarks of an effective compliance program.
